About converting AWG
The Aruban florin is the official currency of Aruba and the unit used for local prices, salaries and domestic accounts. The Central Bank of Aruba is responsible for the monetary framework and currency issue. AWG is the ISO code that identifies the florin in international conversion systems; the ƒ symbol is mainly a local display convention. One florin is divided into 100 cents. Aruba's tourism economy means visitors may see prices in florins and occasional US-dollar offers, but foreign-currency acceptance does not replace AWG as the official unit.
Use this page when you want to start with Aruban florins and compare them with multiple target currencies. The separate Aruban Florin profile page covers the ISO code, symbol, issuer, countries and reference information.
The amounts shown here are reference calculations for comparison. Banks, cards and transfer services may apply their own spreads, fees and timing rules.
Exchange-rate information is provided for reference only and is not financial, trading or investment advice.
